How to participate

The Gym and Conference Center is an online venue only, where you can sit back relax and attend conferences, attunements, meetings, meditations, right from home.  The conference center is a group of online meeting rooms with audio and video capabilities.  Members can chat with a friend in some of the open forum rooms.  You can participate in group meditations or enroll and attend sessions presented by other group members.  Do you have information you wish to share?  Operate your own conference room? lead discussions, conferences and presentations.

Members

Members have access to a full range of rooms with music, audio and video.  The members area also has a way to search and locate other members and list your own services if you are a group leader, instructor or have other services you would like to offer membership. This organization is operated as not-for-profit.  The hosts and speakers are recognized leaders in their fields.  The conferences are offered for the greater good of all.  Therefore, many events are free, if you would like to thank your conference speaker gratitude gifts can be made to their paypal account.  Those available and accepting gratitude gifts will be included in the event listing, so please remember to thank your hosts! 

Room Operators - Conference Speakers

You can organize and present your own sessions as well.  The format is very easy.  Links to your website and other offerings can be included in your announcements.  If you would like to run your own conference, contact cat@lightbodygym.com . 

Online meeting rooms with video and audio are available and can be set up as a roundtable where everyone can chat with you, or it can be set up as moderated where only the conference speaker can send live audio or video feed. .  You can now present your own conference, group session, workout lesson, coaching, training, guest speakers and more.

Fees

Membership to this site is free, however if you wish to have your own private conference room the fee is $12.95 a month.  You can also donate to the operation of the site as an endowment member for $3.95 a month.  This helps to support the tools and the private venue.  Members who have their own meeting room may charge their attendees for participation.
